Steve is a Chief Executive with over 28 years of corporate and entrepreneurial leadership in creating and building value for medical technology companies in multiple medical specialty markets.  Mr. Onody was previously CEO of Lifeline Therapeutics and CEO and Chairman of the Board for Colorado MEDtech, Inc. (a NASDAQ listed company).  He previously served in senior management roles at Boston Scientific, SpaceLabs Medical, and Vital Signs.

Mr. Onody has been the recipient of several entrepreneurial and leadership awards while serving as Chairman and CEO of Colorado MEDtech, including Entrepreneur of the Year, Ernst & Young-sponsored Finalist 2002; Denver Post Top-100 Performing Public Companies, four (4) consecutive years; Deloitte & Touche Colorado Technology Fast 50 Award, four (4) consecutive years; and Fortune Magazine 100 fastest Growing Companies, 2001.

Currently he is CEO of Onody Associates, LLC.  Mr. Onody has proven ability to increase financial performance and shareholder wealth.  He specializes in bringing leadership, analytical, developmental and tactical skills to an organization.  He is also a Director of the Colorado BioScience Association.
